What if I need to pause or cancel my membership

You may certainly pause or cancel at any time. Your membership is charged monthly, providing you with the flexibility to pause or cancel before your next treatment is issued by your provider. Nevertheless, please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds. How does this differ from brand-name medications?

FDA-approved brand-name medications like Wegovy® and Ozempic® are available exclusively from Novo Nordisk™, while Mounjaro® and Zepbound™ are offered solely by Eli Lilly and Company™. BlueRidge Meds has no affiliation with, nor endorsement from, these products or companies. We do not provide these medications. Patients seeking them should consult their licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist. BlueRidge Meds offers exclusively compounded medications, prepared in State Board of Pharmacy-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503(b) Outsourcing Facilities.
